What procedures can be provided?

Dental check-ups including x-rays, oral examination and cleaning, oral cancer screenings, fillings, dentures, and simple extractions can be normally provided.

Is dental treatment covered by dental insurance?

Mobile dental care requires private pay from the patient or family but for those who have dental insurance, we would be glad to fill out the dental forms so that you could get reimbursement for part of the treatment. As a reminder, Medicare does not pay for dental treatment and we do not accept Medicaid.

What is the process of getting an appointment?

First, you must either print out the patient dental forms from this website (Click on Forms) or call our office and we will send them to you. There are three forms that need to be filled out completely and returned to our office before your family member can be seen. Fill in all the boxes on the medical history form, including the patient’s physician and physician’s phone number, medications being taken, and known allergies. Medical information on this history is very important to the treatment and well-being of your family member so please be thorough. We look forward to providing dental care to your family member. If you have any questions concerning the forms, please call 973-543-1803.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

Once we receive your forms and we contact the patient’s physician, we can then schedule an appointment.
